Helmick (Hyndman, Pennsylvania), born in Thomas, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 82, on September 6, 2019. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Helmick and Olive Helmick (Bodkin); his son Richard L. Helmick; his grandson Derrick Sisk; and his brother Richard Helmick.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Helmick (Hedrick); his children, Donald Eugene "Gene" Hedrick (Marlene) of Hyndman and Barbara Cyprus; his grandson Nicholas of New Jersey; his daughters, Donna Emerick (Dave) of Hyndman and Wanda Satzer (Gary) of Hyndman; his sister Mary Ellen; his cousins, Bedford and Clara Daugherty of Cumberland; and his great great grandchild Leland Cummings (Alice). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren.
