We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2024 we had to say goodbye to David E. Thorne of Hyndman, Pennsylvania, born in Petersburg, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Dewey and Blanche N. Thorne (Wolfe); his wife Kay L. Thorne (Jamison); and his siblings, Vernon, Emory Thorne, Jean Slider and Marie Shulte.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Cook (Jon) of Augusta, WV, Robin Robinson (Douglas) of Chesterfield, VA and Patty Shroyer (Troy) of Hyndman; his grandchildren, Chris Cessare (Lajla), Mia Cessare (Ricky Marr), Teresa Tilley (James), Rachel Chaves (Philip), Tori Donaldson (Matthew) and David Robinson (Holly); and his siblings, Linwood "Itchy" Thorne (Joy) and Wanita Laski. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
