He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bingman and Fannie Bingman (Bush); his wife Blanche C. Bingman (Cook); his siblings, George, Walter Bingman and Kathleen "Fannie" Grimm; and his close friend Mona Lee Lafferty.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Bingman of Cumberland, Denise Emerick (Bob) of Buffalo Mills and Eddie Bingman (Cathy) of Buffalo Mills; his sister Laura Walker (Barry) of Bedford; his grandchildren, Tara, Andrea, Brittani, Candace (Cory), Brandon, Levi (Brianna), Nathan (Crystal) and Jordan; his great grandchildren, Daisha and Brooks; and his close friends, Faith and Norman Rose. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
