With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty M. Scritchfield of Hyndman, Pennsylvania, born in Southampton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 13, 2022 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty M. Scritchfield to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathaniel Shroyer and Lucy Shroyer (Emerick); her husband Bill Scritchfield Sr.; her son-in-law Al Rose; and her siblings, Marshall, John Shroyer, Sara Shroyer and Shirley Chaney.
She is survived by: her children, Mildred Rose of Corning, NY, Willy Scritchfield (Brenda) of Ellerslie and Linda Propst (Don) of Ellerslie; and her grandchildren, Terri Fisher (Tom), Cindy Cross, David, Rick Stuby, Eric Rose, Donnie Propst (Maria), Dana Greenbaum (Avi) and Bill Scritchfield (Jen). She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made Cooks Mills United Methodist Church.
