He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Bittner and Alzene Bittner Sweitzer (Kennell); his stepfather Millard Sweitzer; and his brother Harry Bittner. He is survived by: his wife Denise "Kim" Bittner (Baker); his children, Michael C. Bittner (Terri) of Columbus, OH, Lisa D. Smith (Kevin), Jason A. Bittner of Columbus, OH and Derek L. Bittner (Veronica) of Leesburg, GA; and his grandchildren, Shaine, Rian, Kylie, Theo and Nico Bittner.
