She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph S. Capita and Madeline M. Sacco Capita; and her husband Lawrence J. DeVine. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia J. Startzel (Robert) of Bethany Beach, DE, Lawrence J. DeVine III (Richlene) of Harrisburg and Michael A. DeVine of Hummelstown; her grandchildren, Kristopher R. DeVine of Lemoyne and Tiffany M. DeVine of Enola; and her siblings, Joanne M. Agostino (Cosmo G. Agostino) of Hummelstown and Joseph M. Capita of Harrisburg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests everyone wear masks during the viewing and services.
