She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester M. Shuey and Annie E. Balsbaugh Shuey; her husband J. Richard Eckenroth; her son Richard C. Eckenroth; her siblings, Chester Franklin Shuey and Marian S. Johnson; and her nephew Robert "Bobby" N. Johnson, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy A. Eckenroth of Hummelstown; her daughter-in-law Peg A. Allen (Pat C.) of Hummelstown; her grandsons, John R. Eckenroth (Marcela) of Sasche, TX, Jeffrey D. Smith of Wilmington, DE, Steven J. Smith of Stevens and Brian J. Allen (Amber) of Hershey; and her great grandchild Regan P. Smith of Lititz. She is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
