He is survived by: his wife Patricia O. Scott (Anderson); his children, Kelly Fell (David) of Vanderbilt, Lynn Barsky (Rick) of Houston, TX and William P. Scott of Hopwood; his grandchildren, Jaime Fell, Hannah Fell, Marilyn Scott Smith (Brian), Alexa Barsky Klein (Robert), Amanda Barsky and Michael Barsky; and his brother Roberty H. Scott of Dawson.
