Smith IV (Katelyn); his great grandchildren, Eli Culbertson and Joanna Culbertson; his half-brothers, Alvin Rotolo and Ronald Joseph Rotolo; and his cousin Emily "Sis" Rainaldi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
