He was predeceased by: his parent Jose Verez; his son David Verez; his grandson Brian; and his sister Carmina Szunyog. He is survived by: his parent Josefa Verez (Rubinos); his wife Bonnie Verez (Campbell); his children, Michael Verez, Marc Verez (Joanne), Diane Barkovich and Laura Devon (David); his daughter-in-law Karen Verez; and his grandchildren, Tara, Erin, John, Leah, Rachel, Luke, Jared, Steven, Natalie and Mallory.
