He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lodge and Laura Lodge (Heckman); and his sisters, Lola Carroll, Mary Eshelman and Zola Ritchey.
He is survived by: his spouse Shelby J. Lodge (Dickinson); his sons, Harvey Lodge Jr. and Jeffrey Lodge; his daughters-in-law, Lois Lodge (Braman) and Pamela Lodge (Smith); his grandchildren, Nicole Lodge, Nathan Fisher, Abby Kouneski (Cody), Brittany Sell (Nathan) and Cassie Lodge; and his siblings, Edna Mauk (late John Mauk) and David Lodge (Bonnie). He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
