He was predeceased by: his parent Andy Dulick. He is survived by: his parent Anna Dulick (Konkoly); his wife Janet Dulick (Cizmek); his children, Andrew Dulick (Meredith), Dan Dulick (Susan), David Dulick and Amy Cartwright (Tim); his grandchildren, Danielle, Dylan, Blake, Kayla and Grant; and his siblings, Paul Dulick (Donna) and Jean Dziak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
