He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin C. Marks and Pearl F. Marks; and his sister Donna Williams. He is survived by: his spouse David L. Smith; his stepdaughter Megan Wolfe (Thomas); his grandchildren, Patrick, Vanessa and Maeve Wolfe; and his siblings, Evonne Glenn (Peter), Sandra Spadt (Walter) and Eugene Marks (Miranda). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
