He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Schmidt and Lillian Schmidt (Robins); and his siblings, Carl "Tom" Schmidt and Janet Hornyak. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Schmidt (Farmer); his children, Michael Angelo and Meredith Tevek; and his grandchildren, Christopher Angelo, Michael Terek, Diane Terek, Robert Terek and Mark Burnett. He is also survived by 7 Great-grandchildren.
