It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosar Ferra Jr. of Homer City, Pennsylvania, born in Ernest, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 24, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosario Ferrara and Ida Marie Ferrara (Shields); and his sisters, Ruth Geraldine Miller and Rose Evelyn Rockey. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ferra; his children, Raymond Lee Ferra (Patty), Samuel Robert Ferra and Roseann Marie (George); his grandchildren, Melissa (Joseph Tamburrino), Benjamin Ferra, George Michael Staniscia, Stephen Alan Staniscia (Ashley) and Nicholas John Staniscia; his great grandchildren, Bella Tamburrino and Sonny Joe Staniscia; and his brother Robert Daniel Ferra (Joan Delores).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Indiana First Church of God, 541 Lutz School Road, Indiana, PA 15748.
