He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kolish and Mildred Kolish (Colinchuck). He is survived by: his siblings, Carole (James Woods) and Thomas Kolish (Ricki) of Homer City; his nieces, Tiffany Eiselman, Heidi Niemi (Chad) and Danielle Kolish; his nephew Michael Kolish; and his great-nephews, Dannion and Gavin Eiselman.
