She was predeceased by: her parents, Casper Chimino and Theresa Chimino (Graceffa); her husband John "Lefty" Herman; and her siblings, Pietro, Sam, Joseph, Angelo Chimino, Lillie Tartalone and Rosalie Palummo.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Herman of Homer City and Patricia Mowen of Uniontown; her granddaughter Christina Wolford (Louis) of Johnstown; her great grandchild Mason; and her sister-in-law Ida Chimino of Philadelphia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
