With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucy E. Pollock of Homer City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 22, 2020 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Nicolas Sacco and Mary Sacco; her children, Rose Sandy, Tony Sacco, Nick Sacco, Fred Sacco, Frank Sacco and Jean Surma; her sister Mary Sacco; her husband Michael B. Pollock; her daughter Mary Ellen Raneri (Pollock); and her son-in-law Philip J. Raneri.
Her amazing journey on the show started during the pandemic, although she baked and cooked since she was a child as she was tutored by her wonderful, hardworking mother, an Italian immigrant who baked and cooked for a family of nine.
