She was predeceased by: her sister Catherine Collins. She is survived by: her parents, William Theobald and Mary Theobald; her daughter Madison; her husband Marty; and her daughters, Samantha Sbardella (Madison Morris) of Armagh, PA and Italian Greyhound (Sammie). She is also survived by her parents, siblings, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Judy was an active donor for St. Jude's Research Hospital (https://fundraising.stjude.org) and the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (https://give.themmrf.org). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made for either of those associations.
