It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jesse Simms Jr. of Homer City, Pennsylvania, born in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 14, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Dalton and Mary Eleanor Simms (Fritz). He is survived by: his children, Sarah Michelle Shimko (Joseph M. Jr.) and John Michael Mardis (Taylor Mardis); his grandchild Arabella Marie Mardis; and his siblings, Scott Allen Simms, Mark Anthony Simms, Bill William Simms, Randal Lee Simms, Keith Phillip Simms and Darlene Elizabeth Simms-Fulmer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
