He was predeceased by: his parent Michele Lynn Kelly (Finotti). He is survived by: his father Scott A. Kelly of Homer City; his sister Chloe Kay Kelly of Homer City; and his grandparents, Ruth Ann Kelly of Homer City, Roger and Cheri Finotti of Indiana, PA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
