He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank H. Lantzy and Twila Lantzy (Butler); his sisters, Janet Rummell and Donna Andrufski; and his niece Sherri Rummell.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Lantzy (Buggey); his children, Amanda (Marty), Jordan (Breese), Charlene and Kalee; and his siblings, Robert Lantzy and Juanita Ball. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.
