We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2020, at the age of 45, Faith Kosmack of Homer City, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Christian Schneider and LaVerne Little; her stepfather Paul Little; and her parents-in-law, Joseph G Kosmack and Jayne A Kosmack.
She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, Molly Irene and Joseph Christian Kosmack; her sisters, Tammy (Ron Gribbin) and Robin Schneider of White Oak, PA; her close friend Lori (Ronald Gallagher); and her stepsisters, Sharon (Carl Yoder) of Holsopple, PA and Janice (Kurt Lyle).
At Faith's request, instead of flowers, she requested that donations be made to The V Foundation for Cancer Research founded by Jim Valvano in her name.
