She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Mayausky and Joanna Mayausky (Mattio); and her nephew Chris Mayausky. She is survived by: her children, Eric (Kelly) and Melissa (Nick Evans); her granddaughters, Madison and Jordan Ondo; her brothers, Vince (Donna Mayausky) and Jack (Doris Mayausky); her nephews, Jeff (Donelle Mayausky) and Aaron (Wittney Mayausky); her niece Kaylin Roy; and her great-nephew Dylan Roy. She is also survived by Many cousins and friends.
Due to the pandemic, services will be held at a later date.
Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in Catherine's name.
