He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Steven Smeltzer (Kelly Smeltzer) and Lisa Smeltzer of Homer City; his daughter Scarlett Rose; his brothers, Todd Smeltzer, Camp LeJeune, Jacksonville and Trevor Smeltzer; his stepsister Kelsey Dies; his grandparents, Raymond and Cynthia Smeltzer; his friend Danny Bell; and also Annamarie.
