He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bert Balls and Christina Balls (Anderson); his wife Frances Balls (Voyten); his children, Dennis Balls and Denise Dallas (Phil); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Balls of Madeira Beach, Fla. and Leanne Shaw (Steve); and his great grandchildren, Ella Sylvis and Madi Shaw. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
