She was predeceased by: her parents, Cammie George Gilmore and Olive McCosh Gilmore; and her brother Clyde Austin Gilmore (late William Denny Simpson). She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Jane Simpson and Patricia Ann Simpson; and her granddaughters, Mary Cassandra "Cassie" Serrao and Danielle Ann Serrao.
