He was predeceased by: his parents, Faye I. Harris and Lynn J. Harris. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Harris; his sons, Troy Harris, Jr. of Herndon and Caleb Harris of Herndon; and his brothers, Todd Harris of Dalmatia and Scott Harris of Steelton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hickory Corners Fire Company.
