Troutman of Herndon, Pennsylvania, born in Dornsife, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 14, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Donmoyer and Harry Donmoyer; her husband Harvey A. Troutman; and her brothers, Boyd and Bruce Donmoyer.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Ruby "Jess" Zerby (Richard); and her niece Ruth (Celin).
