He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Schadel and Rema Lyter (Lenker); and his sister Rita Krakowski. He is survived by: his wife Carol Schadel (Miller); his daughters, Michelle Zerbe (Dave) of Danville and Tricia Helman (Carl) of Newville; his grandchildren, Dereck Enders, Kiersten Zerbe, Eddie Helman and Zach Zerbe; and his siblings, Roger Schadel of Halifax and Judy Paul of Middletown.
