She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas P. Collins Sr.; her sons, Paul and Tim; her granddaughter Christine Marie; and her son-in-law Charlie Rock.
She is survived by: her parents, Clement Graham and Anna Hinterlang Graham; and her daughters, Patti Rock of Butler and Cheryl Moran (Tim) of Butler.
