With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David C. Noel (Hazleton, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 4, 2019 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father John O. Noel, Sr. (Barbara Becker); and his stepdaughter Mindy Young. He is survived by: his siblings, Robin Hoffman (Lynn), Brenda Fritzinger (Dennis), John O. Noel, Jr. (Kelli) and Timothy Noel (Kitty Marie); and his stepdaughter Katie Seltzer. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
