She is survived by: her children, Norma Jean Cavaliere (Paul F.), Charles Edward Kozlowski, Andrew Thomas Kozlowski (Jennifer Stinnard) and Carol Anne Baier (Jack P.); her grandchildren, Rachel Elizabeth, John Wyatt, Rebecca Michelle Baier, Dean William and Jenna Nicole Cavaliere; and her siblings, Irene Bookheimer and John J. Fowler. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
