He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Louise Black; his parents, Clara Elizabeth and John Joseph Black; and his granddaughter Lydia Black. He is survived by: his pet Buster; his children, Sandra Kelly (Eugene), Lisa Gallagher (Peter) and James Black, Jr. (Donna); and his grandchildren, Collin, Brandon, Shayna, Shawn, Kyle, Michael, Kevin, Mikayla and Abigail.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Jim's services will be private at the convenience of the family at Rosedale Memorial Park, Bensalem.
