She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Muldrew and Maxine Caldwell Muldrew; her husband Lavester Mills (La La); and her siblings, Otha Muldrew, Shirley Warren, Earlene Bryant, Ernestine David and Nadine Muldrew.
She is survived by: her children, Larry D Kelly (Leslie) and Vicki L Kelly of Harrisburg; her sister Ophelia Caldwell Dames of Ashburn, Virginia; her sister-in-law Lena Mills of Harrisburg; and her grandchildren, Julian Allsup of Harrisburg Pennsylvania, Brandon Harvey (Christina) of Phoenix Arizona, Brooke Foster (David) of Phoenix Arizona, Jordan Kelly (Jordan) of Harrisburg Pennsylvania and Qua'Meir Kelly of Harrisburg Pennsylvania. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church (1201 N 17th St, Harrisburg, PA 17103). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Paxtang Cemetery (490 N Paxtang Ave, Harrisburg, PA 17111).
