He was predeceased by: his parents, Oramae Rhodes Miller and Charles Miller; his foster parents, Hulda Wright and William Wright; and his brother Charles Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda J. Miller; his children, Randy L. Miller (Terry) of Middletown, PA., Cheryl O'Hara of Middletown, PA. and David E. Miller (Angie) of Middletown, PA.; his siblings, Kenneth Miller (Janie) of Gettysburg, PA. and Barbara Reich of McClure, PA.; his grandchildren, Matthew S. Miller of Middletown, Tyler J. O'Hara of Baltimore, MD., Courtney L. Parkhill of Beaufort, SC., Katie R. Miller of Milton, DE., Shelby J. Miller of Millsboro, DE. and Jordan E. Miller of Middletown; and his great grandchildren, Peyton M. Miller of Grantville, Logan S. Miller of Grantville and Kinsley Parkhill of Beaufort, SC.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
