He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Stover and Catherine Shannon Shelly. He is survived by: his wife Nancy West-Shelly; his children, Zachary Shelly and Laura Shelly Lawson (Andrew); his grandchildren, Evelyn, James and Theodore Lawson; and his sisters, Teesha Shelly Rudder (James) and Cassie Shelly Balzer (George). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
