She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene A. Turley; her parents, Stanley Gornetski and Clara Gornetski (Novak); and her daughter Susan Ann Turley. She is survived by: her children, Mark Turley (Theresa) of Calabash, NC, Sharin Ochotny (Michael) of Lancaster, SC, Donna Faix (Steven) of Bechtelsville, PA and Lisa Gahman (Keith) of Sellersville, PA; her grandchildren, Sean Faix, Matthew Faix, Shane Ochotny (Misty), Kyle Ochotny, Calli Ochotny, Ryan Turley (Rachel) and Kristopher Turley; her great grandchildren, Nia, Jaden, Grayson and Graham; and her siblings, Stanley "Jake" Gornetski of Nanticoke, PA and Ann Gornetski of Nanticoke.
