He was predeceased by: his parent Mack Lee; his daughter Rebecca Sue Armstrong; and his brother Maurice D. Baliles (Margaret). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Baliles (Hilbert); his parent Lula Mae Baliles (Elgin); and his children, Anna L. Keener (Fred) of Bristolville, OH, Timothy L. Baliles (Patricia) of Bonsall, CA, David W. Baliles (Jean) of New Holland, PA, Michael J. Baliles of Keyser, WV, Mark E. Baliles (Reba) of Harleysville and Paul E. Baliles (Susan) of Evanstan, IL.. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
