She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph C. Tobin; her parents, Edward Devine and Helen Devine (McGoohan); and her sister Mary Patricia Carmody. She is survived by: her daughters, Colleen A. Skrzat (Richard P.) of Collegeville and Denise M. Garrigus (Thomas E.) of Harleysville; her grandchildren, Michael Skrzat (Kathryn) of Pottstown, Megan Garrigus-Herbert (Paul) of Woburn, MA, Kelley Hasler (David) of Gilbertsville and A. J. Garrigus (Sarah) of Philadelphia; her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Simon and Margaret; and her sister Elizabeth Joan Devine of Roslyn.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Helen's memory to BAYADA Hospice, 2370 York Road, Suite E1, Jamison, PA 18929.
