He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Howe and Dorothy Howe (Kane); and his brother Jerry Howe. He is survived by: his wife Maris Howe (Walsh); his children, Jeremy K. Howe (Meghan) and Maris Ann Howe of Lansdale, PA; his siblings, Bob Howe (Elaine) of Lancaster, PA, Rick Howe (Barbara) of Lewes, DE, Dottie Howe of Ohio and Diane Boudwin (Mike) of Philadelphia, PA; and his sister-in-law Helen Howe of St. Petersburg, FL. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.

The family respectfully requests that only those who have received the COVID-19 vaccination attend.
