He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dubik and Edith Dubik; and his parents-in-law, Albert and Geneva Peak. He is survived by: his wife Doreen; his children, Michael Dubik and Brandy Allen; his grandchildren, Tyler Dubik of New Bern, NC, Jacob Allen of Meshoppen, PA and Madison Allen of Meshoppen, PA; his siblings, Irene Wilkerson of Deerfield, OH and Stephen Dubik (Christine); his siblings-in-law, Silver Spring MD, Herbert Peak (Gwen), Allen Peak and Linda Peak; his pet Cisco; and his friend Stephen Starks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; his beloved companion.
