He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Focareta and LaVerne Focareta (Wilt); and his siblings, Paul E. Focareta, Marilyn J. Verzinski and Robert L. Focareta.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Focareta (Sherry); his daughters, Sherri Lynn Focareta and Marie Lancashire (Aron); his grandchildren, Cameron Michael Pampus (Brett Kurpiel) and Catherine Elizabeth Lancashire; and his siblings, Wayne Focareta (Judy) and Terry Focareta (Lynette). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
