He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Campbell and Dorothy Ann Campbell (Grace); and his sister Susan L. Campbell. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa C. Bihon (Thomas), Robyn L. Detore (Anthony), Susan D. Campbell (Gregory Smith) and Jodee L. Campbell; his grandchildren, Kylee, Jordyn Bihon, Anthony Detore Jr., Noelle Mack, Mekenleigh, Trevor and Emerson White; his siblings, Judith A. Fink (Robert) and Bruce D. Campbell (Tina); and his former wife Carole D. Campbell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
