She was predeceased by: her parents, Elliott Johnson and Mildred Johnson (Gough); her former husband Edward T. Brajdic, Sr.; her husband John L. Yardley; her brothers, Billy Johnson, Chuck Johnson and Lewis Johnson; and her stepgrandson Ryan Owens.

She is survived by: her children, Linda R. Brajdic, Dr. Edward T. Brajdic, Jr. (Barb), William E. Brajdic and Richard A. Brajdic (Sonya); her stepdaughters, Tammy Owens (Dan) and Jan Erny (Jim); her grandchildren, Stephanie Hoover (Jamie), Carissa Gibson (Kevin) and Kyle Brajdic; her stepgrandchildren, Danielle Veahman (Jason), Ashlee Erny and Jimmy Erny (Marissa); and her brother James Johnson (Joyce). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
