He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Smalley and Myrtle Smalley (Kessler); his wife Doris J. Smalley (Walthour); and his son Jeffrey Smalley. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy R. Albers (Brent); his grandchildren, Eric Albers (Jenna), Stephanie Smith (Zach), Jeffrey Trojan (Jessica), Chelsea Nasso (Brian), Amber Clancy (Michael), Brad Smalley (Angelica) and Alyssa Smalley; and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Calloway, Caleb, Skyler, Blake, Paisley Jean and Makenna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
