She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford G. Noel Sr.; and her sons, Clifford (G. Noel Jr.) and John N. Noel. She is survived by: her children, Sean P. Noel of Greensburg, Charles S. Noel of South Greensburg and Mary R. Mesich of South Greensburg; her grandchildren, Noel Kelly (Brad), John Noel Jr., Seanna Reedy (Dalton), Allyssa Noel, Cierra White (Michael), Frankie King, Clifford "Cj" King and Mackenzie Noel; and her sister Judy Foreman Boris of Utica, NY. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
