It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George James Vince Sr. of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Vince and Mary Vince; and his siblings, Michael, Albert, John Vince, Margaret Vince Pezzoli and Irene Vince.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Beverly Crocker Vince; his children, George James Vince Jr. (Tamela) of Charlotte, NC, Jeffrey Alan Vince (Chrisann) of Charlotte, NC, Dr. Thomas Scott Vince (Tina) of Greensburg, PA and Jennifer Vince Scott (Chris) of Charlotte, NC.; his grandchildren, Joshua Vince, Savannah Vince, Ryan Vince, Megan Vince Guntas (Huseyin), Greyson Scott and Cayden Scott; and his great grandchildren, Leon and Alan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to either the US Food Bank or the Dementia Society of America.
