He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Alvin and Carolyn Billman (Baumgarten); and his sisters, Carolyn Jeffries and Sue Ann Talbot. He is survived by: his wife Carol J. Billman (Tintera); his children, Dr. Mark Billman (Ana Billman), Dr. Gregory Billman (Jennifer) and Michelle Catherine Billman Shurick; and his grandchildren, Rebecca, Theresa, Christopher, Stephen, Sydney and Taylor Billman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
