He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred J. Patrick Sr. and Mary Crosby Patrick; his wife Patty Collincini Patrick; his son Sean; and his brothers, Mike and Tom.
He is survived by: his sons, Jefferey Patrick (Darlene) of Greensburg, Brian Patrick (Kimberly) of Wesley Chapel, Fla. and Kevin Patrick of Carnegie. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
